Michael Glazer, MBA, BCL, LLB
C.E.O. and Counsel
Michael founded Premier Service in 1991, as part of an undergraduate business school project at McGill University. During the company’s formative years, Michael remained at McGill, graduating with an M.B.A. and two Law degrees. In 1999, he was called to the Quebec Bar. Michael has guest lectured at McGill, University of Montreal, Concordia, and other institutions. For two years, Michael managed the North American I.T. Client Services department at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) where he led his team to unprecedented levels of customer satisfaction. Michael is also a paramedic, working as a volunteer EMT for the Montreal Fire Department’s EMS division.
Keren Dolan, MSc
President
Keren Dolan has been a managing partner of Premier Service since 2001. Keren ensures customer satisfaction both in front of and behind the scenes. Before joining Premier Service, Keren worked in the recruiting field for seven years having successfully led two Montreal based hi-tech recruiting firms. With an educational background in Psychology and Human Resources Management, Keren completed her M.Sc. thesis on Project Management at the Universite de Montreal, where she has guest lectured on several occasions for Industrial Relations students.
