We call our Field Team Members Brand Builders because everything we do has the objective of building your favourite brands. Once you sign up, you will see all the available missions in your area. You can apply right away for the missions that interest you.
Visit a location (a retail store, a gas station, a car dealership, a restaurant, etc.) to evaluate your customer experience. Sometimes, a purchase may be required (which we reimburse). You will fill out a survey to share your experience and provide insightful information to our clients.
Visit locations to install promotional signage or displays, or to merchandise stock as per a planogram. We will provide you with a live briefing, so you know exactly what to do. It’s a great way to take your experience in the field to the next level.
Visit retail stores to collect prices for specific items, or any other data (sometimes while interviewing customers). We will use the data you collect as part of market research, and your work will have a real impact for businesses.
Create a memorable face-to-face experience for customers and engage with them as you represent the brand at an event, do product demonstrations or simply talk about new products.

We have lots of different missions – from clothing stores to car dealerships, to gas stations, to restaurants, and more… We are adding new ones all the time!
The best strategy is to log in frequently and check the missions available near you. Please also keep an eye on your emails – our schedulers will message you with opportunities just for you!
That completely depends on the mission! Some are very quick and require you to spend one minute in a store – others can take over an hour. You will always see the fees before you apply. Therefore, you can decide before applying if it’s worth it for you.
Completing your surveys on time and including relevant details are an important part of mystery shopping. Mystery shoppers who submit their surveys on time and write excellent surveys will get first dibs on the most interesting, highest-paying projects.
Our team of schedulers will work with you to best accommodate your requests and balance them with requests from other shoppers.
We pay our Mystery Shoppers, Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors weekly. Your mission will be paid 2 weeks after your mission is complete and approved by our QA Team.
